Returns & Exchanges
Because of the handmade nature of most of our products there may be tiny "imperfections", because of this there are no refunds due to change of mind.
All hand dyed yarn is unique and colours may vary slightly with each dye batch, this is what makes the yarn so beautiful.
I give special attention to with photography to make sure the colours in the photo are accurate to the real thing. That being said, all monitors are different and I am not responsible for this.
All looms are individually hand crafted, cut and sanded. The wood grain will be different on each loom and tool made. Wood is strong, but also delicate and may bow with time due to environmental changes. This will not effect the integrity of the loom.
We are always improving our product, because of this there are no exchanges for a newer version.
If you find the item is faulty, please contact us to discuss a solution. Returns may be accepted at our discretion.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We take care to pack each item very carefully, in the extremely rare case that your order is damaged upon arrival, here is the procedure we (you and I) will follow. All purchases have insurance. I will file a case with the shipping carrier, this process can take from 2-4 weeks to complete. Once your order has been confirmed damaged by the shipping carrier I will then release the funds to you or will arrange to have a new order sent to you. In no circumstance can I release the funds until I have received confirmation from the carrier.
By completing your purchase, you agree to all of the above.
Workshops are non-refundable, but I'm happy to accommodate you in a workshop at a later date.
