Shipping Policy – United States Orders
We’re happy to ship our products to customers in the United States! Please review the following important details before placing your order.
Shipping Methods
• Orders ship from Canada using a variety of carriers.
• Shipping times vary depending on the service level chosen at checkout (standard, expedited, or express options).
Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
Starting August 29, 2025
• The U.S. government will end the duty-free (de minimis) exemption for most imports.
• This means that all shipments from Canada to the U.S. may incur tariffs, duties, or customs fees, unless specifically covered under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA).
• Tariffs can range from ad valorem rates (percentage of the product’s value) to fixed per-item fees (estimated between USD $80–$200 per item, depending on category and origin).
Who Pays Tariffs and Customs Fees?
• By default, tariffs and customs fees are the responsibility of the U.S. customer (importer).
• These fees are charged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and collected by the delivery courier at the time of delivery.
• We do not have control over these charges, and they are not included in your checkout total.
Avoiding Surprises
• We recommend customers familiarize themselves with U.S. import rules and expected costs before ordering.
• For larger orders, please reach out to us in advance—we can advise whether products may qualify under USMCA rules (for example, yarn spun in Canada may qualify, but yarn imported from outside North America generally does not).
Refused or Returned Packages
• If a package is refused due to unpaid tariffs, duties, or taxes, we are unable to refund the shipping cost.
• Refunds for the product itself will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition, less any return shipping or customs fees charged to us.

Shipping Policy – International Orders 🌍
We’re proud to ship our products worldwide! Please review the details below to understand how international shipping works, including customs and tariffs.
Shipping Methods
• Orders ship from Canada using a variety of international carriers.
• Available shipping options (standard, expedited, or express) are shown at checkout.
• Delivery times vary by country and service level. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, but actual timelines may differ depending on customs clearance in the destination country.
Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
• All international shipments (outside of Canada) may be subject to import duties, tariffs, VAT, GST, or local taxes, depending on the destination country.
• These fees are assessed by the customs authority of the receiving country and are the responsibility of the customer (the importer).
• We do not have control over these charges, and they are not included in your checkout total.
Customs Clearance
• Customs processing may delay delivery beyond our estimated shipping timelines.
• Some countries apply minimum thresholds before duties or taxes are charged. Others may assess fees on all imports, regardless of value.
• Please check your local government’s import rules for more details.
Who Pays Tariffs and Customs Fees?
• By default, international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that any customs charges must be paid by the recipient at delivery.
• In certain cases, we may be able to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping options, where tariffs and taxes are prepaid at checkout. If available, this will be shown as a shipping option.
Refused or Returned Packages
• If a package is refused due to unpaid tariffs, duties, or taxes, we cannot refund the shipping cost.
• Refunds for the product itself will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition, less any return shipping or customs fees charged to us.
