Thank you for being here — it truly means the world to us. Please take a moment to read through our shop policies below. As our little business grows and the world changes around us, we may update these from time to time, so it's always worth a quick peek.

CURRENCY

Roving Textiles is proudly based in Canada, but we love our international maker community! Our website supports multiple currencies, so you can browse, checkout, and receive any refunds in your local currency — no mental math required.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, so you can shop with confidence.

TAXES, TARIFFS & DUTIES

Canadian customers will see applicable sales tax added at checkout. If you're shopping from outside of Canada, we don't collect sales tax on our end — however, please be aware that your home country may collect customs fees or duties upon delivery.

A note for our U.S. friends: all duties and tariffs are taken care of — no surprise charges waiting for you at the door.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada, the continental United States, and select European countries. Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days (often sooner!). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If we ever have a question about your order, we'll reach out by email. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

CANADA Canadian orders travel via Canada Post or UPS Standard, with tracking and up to $100 in insurance.

  • Under $200 (before tax): $15 flat rate
  • $200 and over (before tax): FREE

UNITED STATES As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. ended the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed packages under $800 USD to enter duty-free. We've adapted our pricing to absorb this — all U.S. duties and tariffs are now included in what you see at checkout. No extra charges. No surprises.

U.S. parcels ship via USPS with tracking and up to $100 in insurance.

  • Under $200: $15 flat rate
  • $200 and over: FREE

EUROPE We ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Orders ship via International Tracked Packet with up to $100 in insurance.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged upon delivery in their country.

UNITED KINGDOM All UK orders are subject to a minimum order of £135 GBP. This threshold is set by UK import regulations, and we appreciate your understanding.

AUSTRALIA 

We are now shipping to Australia!

Orders are shipped Tracked Packet International and are insured up to $100.

LOST PACKAGES

We know how disheartening it is when a package doesn't arrive, and we're so sorry if that happens to you. While we aren't able to take responsibility for parcels once they leave our hands, we're happy to help point you in the right direction. Your best first step is to reach out directly to the carrier — they'll have the most up-to-date information about your shipment and the tools to investigate further.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If an order is refused at delivery and makes its way back to us, we'll refund you for the cost of the yarn. Please note that original shipping costs aren't refundable in these cases.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order! We aren't able to take responsibility for packages lost due to an incorrect address at checkout, and unfortunately we're unable to issue refunds in those situations.
